To ensure that our customers can safely use our services, we have established usage regulations. We kindly ask you to read the following items and use our services with an understanding of them.

Our establishment is a service for male customers provided by male staff.
Under no circumstances do we allow the use of our services by individuals under 18 years of age, high school students, or those who are legally female.
All images of staff members published on the website are strictly prohibited from being reproduced.
If unauthorized reproduction on social media or elsewhere is confirmed, we will take appropriate measures. Please be aware.
To ensure a safe experience for our customers, please adhere to our rules and visit us with your understanding.
We do not allow the use of our services by individuals who fall under the following categories.

  • Individuals under 18 years of age, high school students, and those who are legally female
    (This includes FTM individuals, i.e., Female To Male individuals)
  • Those with skin diseases that may infect staff, bleeding from the mouth, or other physical symptoms that increase the risk of infection
    Those diagnosed by a doctor to refrain from sexual contact
    Those who have had a fever of 37 degrees or higher in the past two days
    Those who have concerns about their health
    ※If it is determined that sexual contact is difficult from a hygienic perspective, some services may be refused.
  • Individuals using or possessing stimulants or other similar drugs
  • Individuals who appear to have infectious diseases or sexually transmitted diseases, or those currently undergoing treatment
  • Individuals in a state of intoxication or confusion due to the effects of psychotropic drugs
  • Individuals currently undergoing treatment for mental illness, or those who have extreme difficulty controlling their emotions due to mental stress
  • Individuals involved in scouting or those seeking relationships outside the establishment
  • Individuals associated with anti-social forces or organized crime
    Those deemed inappropriate for our services based on abusive language during the reservation process, as judged by the reception staff
  • Individuals who have previously been banned from using CHANCE group services or similar companies

Prohibitions

CHANCE strictly prohibits any actions that are considered illegal or fall under prohibited activities.

If you are forced or requested to engage in any of the following illegal acts or prohibited activities, you will be immediately asked to leave and required to present identification, and you will be denied future use of our services.

Moreover, if deemed malicious, we will consult with our legal advisor and report to the police. Please note that we cannot refund any fees in such cases.

  • Anal sex without a condom, oral ejaculation on staff (including accidental discharge), anal licking of customers, and other actions that the staff members dislike are prohibited.
    Our establishment promotes safer sex. Any request for such actions will be considered a prohibited act.
  • Violent acts and abusive language.
    If you cause bruises or injuries that prevent staff from working, you will be charged for medical expenses and other damages, as well as lost sales during that period.
  • Acts of intimidation, extortion, and stalking.
  • Scouting, poaching, and related activities.
  • Asking for real names, addresses, or contact information other than our official channels (such as email addresses, LINE, phone numbers, etc.)
    To avoid trouble, we strictly prohibit customers from providing their own mobile numbers, email addresses, or other contact information to the staff members.
  • Wiretapping and filming (including video recording, smartphone recording, and audio recording).
  • Bringing in and using SM equipment and toys, condoms, and lotions that come into direct contact with mucous membranes.
  • Forcing minors to drink alcohol or smoke.
  • Encouraging staff to use illegal or legal drugs, psychotropic drugs, or cold medications.

Regarding Use

  • Before the play, for hygiene management, staff will accompany you to take a shower. Even if you have already showered, please take a shower again with the staff before the play.
  • Please take care of your oral hygiene with mouthwash or similar products before and after the play.
  • If there are body odors or bad breath, or if proper hygiene is not maintained when the staff is performing anal sex, contact with those areas will not be allowed. (For customers who wish to have anal sex with the staff and do not know how to prepare, please search for "Anal Sex Preparation" in advance and prepare accordingly. Anal sex cannot be ensured if not properly prepared.)
  • Please refrain from preparing for anal sex in the bathroom of our private room.
  • If you have phimosis, paraphimosis, or if your genital area is not in a healthy condition or has a strong odor, services will be provided with a condom.
  • We will provide heartfelt service, but please understand that due to health conditions, we may not be able to respond to requests for erections or ejaculation.
  • Regarding back play, please understand that it may not be possible regardless of the listed available plays due to health conditions, size, play time, content, or compatibility. Even if we cannot accommodate, we will strive to ensure your satisfaction in other ways.
  • We cannot provide pleasant service to those who exhibit aggressive behavior or treat staff like objects or slaves immediately after meeting. In such cases, the course will be terminated, and refunds will not be possible.
  • Please use our services with the mindset of enjoying together while observing basic manners.

Regarding Reservations

  • Our website contains a schedule of staff shifts, basic information about the staff (height, weight, age), availability for play, self-introductions, impressions from the manager, reviews from other customers, and many other details. If you have any other questions, we will respond as much as we can.
  • We cannot respond to inquiries that are not related to reservations.
  • We cannot answer frequent inquiries about availability or whether there are existing reservations.
  • The schedule for the following week (Monday to Sunday) will be posted around 21:00 every Thursday. If you wish to make a reservation outside of the posted schedule or during off-hours, you can check with the staff.
  • For reservations after the last train, there may be taxi fees to the staff's home area. Please feel free to inquire.
  • We do not accept provisional reservations. Please make only confirmed reservations.
  • Staff adjust their schedules and use limited time to provide shifts. We appreciate your cooperation in avoiding changes or cancellations to your reservations.
  • For unavoidable cancellations or changes, please contact us as soon as possible after you become aware of them.
  • We will charge a cancellation fee for no-show cancellations. If there are frequent cancellations or changes deemed malicious, we will also charge a cancellation fee.
  • Changes to the course after meeting the staff can be accepted within 5 minutes of the start.
  • If the start time of the course is delayed due to the customer's lateness, we will do our best to accommodate, but there may be cases where we cannot. In such cases, the course will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time, and course changes may not be possible.
  • Staff may be absent on the day of your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances (such as staff illness, disasters, accidents, bereavement, etc.). Please understand that we cannot compensate for hotel fees or transportation costs in such cases. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of this, but there may be instances where we cannot reach you due to unknown numbers or overseas numbers. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with multiple contact methods, such as email addresses, official LINE, or phone numbers.

Regarding Use of Private Rooms

  • Our private rooms are one-room apartment-style rooms equipped with bath towels, toothbrushes, mouthwash, bath goods, condoms, and lotions.
  • If you call us from the location provided at the time of your reservation, we will guide you to the private room.
  • The payment is made in advance, and unless there are special requests, the amount listed on our website will apply.
  • Please ensure that you manage your valuables securely.
  • We cannot take any responsibility for lost items, so please be careful.
  • Additionally, to avoid issues such as suspicions of filming or eavesdropping, please make sure to place your belongings in the designated storage.

Regarding Use of Outcall Services

  • The payment is made in advance, and in addition to the course fee, we charge round-trip transportation costs from JR Yoyogi Station. (Please refer to "Transportation".)
  • We cannot provide services in locations where privacy is not guaranteed, such as outdoors, in cars, or in public places with multiple people present. (If you plan to use a gay bar or similar establishment outside of our chain for a date course, please inform us in advance.)
  • We do not provide towels for outcalls, so please let us know in advance if you need a towel.
  • We will provide hygiene supplies (condoms, lotion, and mouthwash).
  • For overnight courses, we cannot accommodate if the bed or bedding is too small for two people to sleep comfortably. Please note that you will need to return home after the play, and we cannot refund the fee for your reservation.
  • All transportation costs, hotel fees, meal costs, and entertainment expenses during your appointment will be the customer's responsibility, so please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding Transportation

  • Round-trip transportation costs from the nearest station are required.
  • We will refer to Google Maps and take the shortest general route to the destination.
  • If it takes more than 10 minutes on foot from the nearest station to the destination according to Google Maps, a separate taxi fee will be required.
    Meeting at the nearest station is also possible. In that case, the meeting time will be considered the start time. For safety, please be sure to inform us of your home address, hotel name, and room number.
  • Please refrain from using motorcycles or similar vehicles when meeting with staff.
  • When being picked up or moving in a private car, please be careful to avoid accidents or troubles.
    Disbanding will take place at the designated meeting location within the course time.
  • Transportation methods are limited to subways and trains. Bus transportation is not permitted.
  • If traveling on a route with infrequent service, we may adjust the start time.
  • If using the Shinkansen or long-distance routes, we will use reserved seats.
  • We receive many requests for outcalls from customers across the country, including Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Hokkaido, and Okinawa.
    In such cases, a separate outcall fee will be required in addition to the course fee and round-trip transportation costs. Please feel free to inquire.
  • For outcalls, we ask that the full course fee and outcall fee be paid in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
    *Please note that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Regarding Hotel Deliveries

  • When using a fashion hotel, please confirm in advance whether it is allowed for men to use the facility together.
  • Regarding entry when calling staff to other hotels for a reservation for one person, please confirm with the hotel in advance whether "a friend or relative can enter when reserving for one person," or make a reservation for two people. (Even if entry is not possible, we will charge the course fee plus round-trip transportation costs.)
    In recent years, many business hotels, including city hotels and luxury hotels that previously had no issues with two-person use, have strengthened their security regarding entry.
  • Regarding accommodation, the contract is between the customer and the hotel, and we cannot assist in any way.
  • We cannot provide services to certain areas' simple accommodations, so please understand.

Regarding Home Deliveries

  • Please ensure that the indoor environment is clean and hygienic, and that the room is prepared to avoid extreme cold or heat before providing the room.
  • Due to allergies to animals, plants, or house dust, some staff may refrain from visiting your home. Please check with the reception staff or refer to the staff's profile page.
  • Please ensure that there are no third parties other than the customer and the designated staff in the same building or room.
  • If the room is cluttered and has many items, we cannot proceed with the course due to the risk of hidden cameras.
  • If the above conditions are not met, the course will be terminated at that point, and we cannot refund the course fee.
  • If your home does not meet the above conditions, please consider using our private room, which is a one-room apartment type with only the minimum necessary equipment provided.
